Your tasks

• Support in ongoing financial accounting for multiple companies within the corporate group: creditors, debtors, bank, cash

• Proper posting and booking of ongoing business transactions as well as maintenance and reconciliation of asset, debtor, and creditor accounts

• Preparation and execution of payment runs as well as support in payment transactions (sFirm)

• Accounts receivable management including open item management, invoicing runs, dunning processes, and clarification of differences

• Preparation and participation in monthly closings as well as support in annual financial statements in cooperation with tax advisor

• Preparation of VAT returns and recapitulative statements

• Intercompany reconciliations within the group

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial education (e.g. tax clerk, industrial clerk) or further education in financial accounting

• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting essential (medium-sized company or tax consultancy)

• Secure handling of Datev and MS-Office essential; experience with digital documents/'Unternehmen online' desirable

• Strong understanding of numbers and structured as well as independent way of working, team spirit and communication skills

• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written
